What happens on day of testing?
Our team arrives before testing and sets up an indoor or outdoor (weather permitting) testing area at your site, complete with registration tables, printed requisitions and nurse stations.
How long does the specimen collection take?
From the point of a completed requisition to discharge from the site, the process takes anywhere from 2 minutes to 5 minutes, depending on set up.
What happens if there is a Positive Result?
Positive results will be reported to the patient by a Switch Health physician and submitted to local public health units for follow up, contract tracing and monitoring for symptoms.
