The Rapid Antigen Test Kit is an antigen diagnostic test and does not require laboratory processing so you can use this anywhere in the world. Each kit contains two self-collected tests observed and does not require you to connect with us on telehealth. This kit generates a Result Record (not valid for travel) if activated on ASMO.

There is a $10 cancellation fee for clinic appointments. If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, we will refund you the total cost of the appointment minus the cancellation fee. For cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment, we will refund 50% of the appointment cost minus the cancellation fee. Cancellations within 1 hour of the appointment do not qualify for a refund.
We do not offer refunds on Test and Collection Kits once shipped. Please contact our customer experience team in the event of a device malfunction or delayed/missing shipments at 1-888-966-6531.
