Will I be guaranteed to be seen during my recommended appointment time?

To help reduce wait times, Switch Health has assigned a recommended time slot to individuals who enter Canada through Toronto Pearson International Airport or land borders nationwide. By providing recommended time slots, we hope to reduce the wait times that travelers are experiencing in the telehealth queues. At this time, the majority of individuals join the telehealth queue between 11AM-2PM EST. Recommended appointment time slots are provided to travelers as a recommendation to lower wait times, they are not mandatory. While we anticipate that your appointment will take place within the recommended time, you may still be required to wait given the volume of appointments we are currently experiencing. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, and we continue to work to reduce wait times for our customers. Please note, if you cannot make your recommended appointment time slot, please join the queue at your convenience and note that there may be extended delays.
