Our clinics across Canada are open and ready to provide you with peace of mind. For Ontario clinic visits, results are available same or next day. For clinic visits outside of Ontario, results are available in 1-2 days.
All appointments must be pre-booked in advance. We currently do not accept walk-ins.
Switch Health clinics are not available to individuals experiencing symptoms of COVID-19. If you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, please visit a Public Health Assessment Center.
Wear a face mask or covering and maintain physical distancing during your clinic appointment visit.
Patients who have been in close contact with a confirmed positive, or are displaying the following symptoms do NOT attend an appointment:
- Shortness of breath
- Chest pain or pressure
- Loss of speech or movement
- Fever (over 38C) currently or within the last 72 hours
- Diarrhea and Vomiting
- Loss of taste or smell
- Rash or discolouration of fingers or toes
If you have any symptoms of COVID-19, you must cancel your appointment, stay at home and follow the latest Public Health guidelines.
